equipped gym rooftop pool beautiful room missing concierge poor explanation star experience
The gym downstairs is well equipped. I liked the rooftop pool a LOT. The rooms are beautiful.
there was NO concierge to help with bags when I arrived. I had to bring the bags and stroller inside myself. The amenities should have been better explained when I arrived. It did not feel like a five star experience.

reclaimed wood lush greenery spacious room soft robes
The hotel design incorporated reclaimed wood and lush greenery. It gave a warm atmosphere. Our city lounge king room was spacious. It had organic touches. The in-room amenities included filtered water taps and soft robes. Every interaction with the staff felt personal (i really felt charmed).
The pool area is small. It backs onto diners, which feels a little strange.

The front desk helped plan a perfect night out. The restaurant team made breakfast lovely. Every employee was friendly and helpful.

Our room featured eco-friendly decor. It was also very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting was perfect. The hotel provides eco-conscious bath products.

The hotel includes amazing venues like flora lounge. There is also 1 kitchen. The rooftop provides a great view. I felt easy to get around the city from this central location.

The hotel has three restaurants. All were great. Samantha at harriet's recommended cocktail pairings. Connor and gabriel in main bar made delicious cocktails. Casa madera had excellent food and drinks.
